- Bondalti operates in an industry of high added value. In 2019, the value per employee stood 3,7x above the national average, 1,1x below the previous year, due to the reduction in activity (indicator 8.2.1).
Target 8.3 Promote development-oriented policies that support productive activities, decent job creation, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation, and encourage the formalization and growth of micro-, small- and medium-sized enterprises, including through access to financial services
- At Bondalti, all employees are covered by official working contracts (indicator 8.3.1).
Target 8.8 Protect labour rights and promote safe and secure working environments for all workers, including migrant workers, in particular women migrants, and those in precarious employment
- Employee health and safety issues are deemed crucial. As such, they are continuously monitored allowing for continuous improvement. Despite the goal of 0 accidents, the occupational accidents frequency rate at Bondalti in 2019 stood at 8,29 (Men 8,13; Women 8,99), rising by 3,04 over the previous year (indicator 8.8.1).
