In order to optimize stakeholder management methodologies, in 2019, Bondalti revisited the process of identification and prioritization of its main groups of stakeholders. In the Matrix of Stakeholders, the groups are mapped by their influence in Bondalti, their dependence in relation to the Organisation (and vice-versa), as well as the Organization’s responsibility towards them.
Knowing that the success and sustainability of the business depend on its stakeholders, Bondalti has implemented several mechanisms to proactively develop these relationships, in order to act in line with the interests of its partners.
Every two years, Bondalti surveys its relevant stakeholders in order to assess their perception of the performance of the Organization in its different strands of action, as well as their needs and expectations. This listening to stakeholders is very important from both strategic and continued improvement points of view.
